After crossing the park of Villa Borghese we reach the Vatican City, the smallest
independent sovereign state in the world. In the Vatican Museum, you'll be shown a fine
collection of antiquities, including the Sculpture Museum, the fascinating Tapestry Gallery,
the Gallery of Maps and the world famous Sistine Chapel decorated by Michelangelo.
The tour will then proceed to the Basilica of St. Peter, where you will see the art treasures
of the largest Roman Catholic Church in the world, including Michelangelo's Pieta'.

The Borghese Gallery, renowned for centuries as the sovereign of all the private

treasures and delights. The tour starts by going through the Gallery, with an expert
guide so that you can fully enjoy the masterpieces that the Borghese Family had
amassed in its tasteful summer residence since 1600. Bernini, Raphael and Caravaggio
are just some of the highlights within an incredible array ranging from ancient Rome
up to the Neoclassic style, the latter epitomized by Canova's famous nude of Paolina
Bonaparte. The second part of the tour will be outdoors, by bus and on foot, through
the delightful Borghese Park, the Pincio Terrazza with its breath-taking view, the
Pincio Promenade and the Spanish Steps from the top. The final point will be Piazza

Prestige Tour Rome of the Caesars
Passing by Piazza Barberini, with the Triton Fountain by Barberini, we proceed to
Piazza Venezia, where you will see the imposing memorial to Victor Emanuel II, the
first king of United Italy. The tour will then proceed to the Roman Forum, the old
centre of the Imperial City, where the Senate House, the Basilicas and the Temples
of the major Gods are located. After walking down the Via Sacra and passing by the
Arch of Titus, you will visit the Coliseum, surrounded by impressive monuments
such as the ruins of the Arch of Constantine the Great. The last stop on your tour
will be the 5th century Christian Basilica of St. Peter in Chains, where you will see

Pompeii & Naples
After leaving Rome the tour will proceed to Naples. On the bus you will have a beautiful
panoramic view of the city. You will than reach the excavations of Pompeii , the Roman
city totally destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D. by ashes, gas and
hot clouds claiming numerous lives, but at the same time preserved the existing
environment and a way of life typical of ancient Roman society at its height. The layer
of ashes preserved people and everyday items, food and domestic animals, intact.
All remained hidden until the first half of the 18th century, when archaeological digs
were organized. You will stop for a lunch at a typical restaurant located in Pompeii. The
archaeological site offers a vivid and remarkably well preserved picture of life in ancient
times. The Basilica, the Forum, the Thermal Baths, the Fauno's house, The Bakery are
just a few examples of the sights to be seen in Pompeii, a magical place that evokes the
dramatic atmosphere of a wonderful civilization. At the end of the visit, return journey to
Rome. Arrival at hotels or nearby around 8.30 p.m. As the visit to the excavations lasts
approximately 2 and half hours, you are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes
Florence Sightseeing Tours
Florence Morning City Tour
You will be picked up from your hotel and continue on your scheduled
sightseeing tour to Piazzale Michelangelo to admire the wonderful panoramic
view of the city. You will then return to the old town for the walking tour of
the historical centre. The tour will continue with a guided visit of the Duomo
Complex: Giotto’s bell tower (external visit), the Baptistery with its bronze
doors including the famous Porta del Paradiso, and the internal visit of the
Cathedral* with the magnificent Cupola of Brunelleschi. Walking through
the heart of Florence we will reach the Galleria Dell’Accademia** to admire
David by Michelangelo and other works by the great artist. * Cannot be
visited on Sundays, bank and public holidays. ** Closed on Monday.
Replaced with the visit of the Bargello museum or the Medici Chapels
Florence Afternoon City Tour
You will be picked up from your hotel and continue on your scheduled sightseeing
tour to Fiesole, a delightful town of Etruscan origin situated on the hills that
dominate Florence and the Arno Valley. You will then return to the historic centre
of Florence and will stop for a visit to the Franciscan church of Santa Croce
(external visit). Walking through the historic streets of Florence you will reach the
famous Piazza della Signoria to admire the marvelous Palazzo Vecchio (external
visit) and the beautiful Loggia del Lanzi. The tour continues with a guided tour
of the famous Galleria Degli Uffizi* home to the original paintings of Botticelli,
Michelangelo, Leondaro da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue and Masaccio. **
The gallery is closed on Monday. Replaced with the visit of the museum of Palazzo
Vecchioto discover this fascinating city and late afternoon return to Florence
Florence Art & Gourmet Walking Tour
After breakfast you will embark on a memorable 3 hour walking tour of
Florence that combines favourite local artisan shops with the renaissance
charm of Florence’s side streets and medieval alleys. Visits to a renowned
cappuccino bar, authentic Tuscan bakery, Europe’s oldest pharmacy, and the
historic San Lorenzo market are included in the tour. In addition, you will visit
the renowned Piazza Della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. At the end
of the tour, you will have a private salami and cheese tasting at the market.

Tuscany - San Gimignano - Siena Full Day Tour
Today provides you wilth an opportunity to visit two of the loveliest town in
Tuscany . The excursion will take you through the famous Chianti countryside,

After breakfast you will make your way to your predetermined meeting point
at Saint Mark’s Square to start your 2-hour walking tour of Venice. You will
start with an introduction of the history and origins of Venice , visit St. Mark’s
Church, built to protect the body of evangelist St. Mark brought to Venice from
Alexandria . From the Doge’s Palace, where the Doge lived, you will cross over
the Bridge of Sights, built in the year 1600, to arrive at the Prison’s Palace. At the
end of the tour you can visit an artistic glass factory on Murano Island (optional)
