Saturday: Athens Arrival
Upon arrival at Athens International Airport you will be greeted by
your OTI representative after clearing customs and provided with a
welcome package and given a quick overview of your trip. In addition,
you will be provided with additional tour options that you can purchase
while in Greece. A private transfer to your hotel follows where you will
spend the remainder of the day at your leisure. Overnight in Athens
Sunday: Athens Walking Tour
After breakfast you will be greeted in the lobby of your hotel by your
tour guide and then embark on your half-day walking tour of Athens.
Along the way to a detailed visit of the Acropolis and the Parthenon,
you will walk by the House of Parliament, Syntagma Square, National
Gardens and through the Plaka district. Early afternoon arrival at your
hotel or choose to continue onto the New Acropolis Museum for a
self-guided tour of this incredible new complex. Overnight in Athens

Monday: Athens - Classical Tour
After breakfast you will embark on your classical tour. Drive
to the Corinth Canal for a short stop. Continue onwards to
Epidaurus for a visit to the theatre and archaeological site and
then to Nafplion. After a brief stop you will drive to Mycenae to
visit the archaeological site and then depart for Olympia, passing
through the central Peloponnese cities of Megalopolis and
Tripolis. Evening arrival in Olympia for dinner and overnight

Tuesday: Classical Tour
In the morning visit the archaeological site and the museum
of Olympia. Drive via Patras to Rion where you will cross the
newly built cable bridge to Antirion on the mainland of Greece.
Continue through Nafpaktos to Delphi for dinner and overnight
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Wednesday: Classical Tour
In the morning visit the archaeological site and the museum of
Delphi. Depart for Kalambaka, driving through Amphissa, Lamia and
Trikala. Afternoon arrival in Kalambaka for dinner and overnight
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Thursday: Classical Tour - Athens
In the morning visit the breathtaking Meteora. In the early afternoon you
will drive back to Athens, passing through Thermopylae and Kamena
Vourla towards an early evening arrival in Athens. Overnight in Athens
(Breakfast)
Friday: Athens - Istanbul
After breakfast you will be greeted by your OTI representative
and transferred by private car to Athens airport for your short
flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival at Istanbul Ataturk airport you
will be transferred to your select hotel. The remainder of the
day is to be spent at your leisure. Overnight in Istanbul

Saturday: Istanbul Sightseeing Tour
Full day city sightseeing of Istanbul. Visits to the Topkapi
Palace, the Hippodrome, Turkish and Islamic Arts
Museum, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar

Sunday: Istanbul - Ankara
Optional morning tour to the St. Sophia and Bosphorus
cruise. Afternoon departure by deluxe motor coach for
Ankara at around 15:00 hrs. Late arrival in Ankara

Monday: Ankara - Cappadocia
Morning departure to view the Hittite artifacts at the Museum
of Anatolian Civilizations. Visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk,
father of modern Turkey. Drive to Cappadocia, touring a 13th
century caravan inn en route. Overnight in Cappadocia

Tuesday: Cappadocia
Tour the open-air museum of Goreme's rock chapels
decorated with 6th century frescoes, Zelve's cliff-side Byzantine
monastic complex, Uchisar’s natural citadel, and the Sarhatli
underground city. Dinner and overnight in Cappadociae

Wednesday: Cappadocia - Pamukkale
Drive to Pamukkale. En route we visit the famous mausoleum
of the Sufi philosopher Mevlana in the religious town of
Konya. Drive to Pamukkale for dinner and overnight

Thursday: Pamukkale - Kusadasi
Today you will pay an early morning visit to the unique Cotton
Fortress, the white calcium cascades and one of the first
modern spa centers of the ancient world, Hierapolis. Afternoon
drive to Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Friday: Ephesus & St. Mary’s House - Kusadasi
Full day tour of the famous ruins of Ephesus and St.
Mary’s house. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi.
Afternoon optional tour of Sardis or Sirince
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Saturday: Pergamum - Troy - Canakkale
Visit Pergamum, tour Troy with its famous wooden
horse and continue on to Canakkale for overnight
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Sunday: Dardanelles - Gallipoli - Istanbul
Morning departure for Gallipoli and visit Anzac Cove,
Lone Pine Cemetery, Chunuk Bair, Kabatepe War
Museum then drive to Istanbul for overnight

Monday: Istanbul Departure
Pickup from your hotel for your transfer to
Istanbul Ataturk airport. End of services
